How long does the custom jewelry (Bespoke) process take?

The custom process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks. This period includes the design consultation stage, 3D prototype creation, manual gemstone selection, through to the hand-finishing process by our expert craftsmen for a perfect result.

Do all diamonds and gemstones have official certificates?

Absolutely. Each main diamond at Rockologist is accompanied by an international certificate from the GIA (Gemological Institute of America). For other gemstones, we provide memos or certificates from trusted independent laboratories to guarantee authenticity and quality.

What if the ring size I ordered doesn't fit?

We provide a complimentary one-time resizing service for every wedding ring purchase. We want to ensure maximum comfort when you wear your symbol of sacred vows on your special day.
